Our beloved Joell Lanfrank, Owner and Founder of Lotus Lounge Yoga, R.Y.T. 500 Hours
You will always be with us. The show must go on in your honor my friend and partner. I love you always and forever.
Joell Lanfrank is a local yoga teacher, leading international retreats and teacher trainings as well as co-owner of Lotus Lounge Yoga Services. She found yoga and meditation almost 30 years ago as an over-achieving student athlete growing up on the Jersey Shore. The peaceful nature of the practices helped her academically by keeping her focused and calm during exams as well as competitively during field hockey,  soccer, and dance. She continued yoga and meditation throughout college where she received a degree in English Journalism with a minor in Women's Studies. After spending several years as a writer, Joell moved to Vermont to pursue a 15 year career as a glass blower. In Vermont she really dove into her yoga practice.
In 2010, she moved back to NJ and completed her 200 hour teacher training at The Center of Health and Healing in Toms River. Her career in yoga quickly took off and she soon found herself teaching upwards of 20 classes a week.
In 2013, Joell completed her next level of teacher training, a 500 hour certification with master teachers Sondra Loring and Raghunath Cappo.  Joell has also completed training in Buddha Body Yoga (Yoga for larger students) as well as her Reiki 1 certification.
In 2014, Joell Lanfrank joined forces with fellow area yoga teacher, Erin Peluso, to form Lotus Lounge Yoga Services, a mobile company dedicated to bringing yoga, wellness, mindfulness and meditation practices to schools, corporations, senior homes and county parks. Joell has co-lead three 200 hour teacher trainings, training and certifying almost 3 dozen area yoga teachers. Joell believes teaching yoga and meditation is truly a path of service. She is dedicated to spreading their quietly powerful lessons of discipline, self care, acceptance, patience and compassion to the community.

Regina Golden , RYT 200 Hours, Yoga Nidra Expert

Regina’s first yoga class at EvenFlow Yoga & Meditation provided such an experience for her like nothing she had ever had before. It turned  her focus inward, in a day and age when we are so externally focused. This was the practice she needed and gravitated towards to provide balance in her life. And that is what she hopes to bring into the lives of others through this ancient technique. Not only did yoga help Regina to become more aware of her body but also made her more mindful in everyday life. It provided her the tools to have a loving relationship with herself. After she began her practice it organically seeped into the rest of her life. She was ready to heal, to focus on herself, to love herself, to find her footing and let her roots grow. The 8 limbs of Yoga are a powerful practice that sparked the light inside of Regina and continues to fan the fire on the path to self realization. Her mission is to help spark the light in others and fan their fire through Yoga. To help uncover the divine that lives in each and every one of us. To bring an awareness to the sea of consciousness that we are all a part of. To bring harmony to the mind, body, & soul. Regina’s classes are inspirational, strong, and relaxing all in one. She has been trained in vinyasa, meditation, pranayama, tantric and alignment based practices.  Her classes will leave you feeling open, strong, rejuvenated, and tension free.
